During the second half of 2022, I was invited to participate in the photographic documentation of the creation of a large curtain. This curtain, inspired by Delia Zapata Olivella, was conceived and painted by Pedro Ruiz and created in collaboration with a team of artists, painters, embroiderers, conservators, cabinetmakers, and many others involved in the process. In mid-December 2022, the curtain was taken down, rolled up, and at midnight was transported by flatbed truck from La Sabana Station to its new home. On March 22, 2023, the National Center for the Arts opened its doors. This is its curtain.
